GET THE STUDIO EXPERIENCE WITHOUT HAVING TO BE IN THE STUDIO.

Our livestream experiences are elevated - we guide our yoga practices with full attention on attendees, where Guides stay attuned to the practice rather than simultaneously demonstrating.

An additional ON AIR team member demonstrates the practice, so attendees have a visual reference throughout the practice. The emphasis on verbal cues cultivates deep listening and encourages the attendee to discover the practice in their own body, allowing it to be a conversation.

We invite attendees to sign in a few minutes before beginning so they can meet fellow ON AIR community members across the globe and have an opportunity to connect.

We close the experience, post-practice, by hosting an open conversation and Q&A for all.

  • Yoga is a spiritual practice from India in pursuit of union and liberation for all. Our practice is informed by our studies of the Ashtanga, Hatha, and Iyengar Yoga lineages, Vedic meditation, and combined with modern movement modalities, dance, Pilates, and mobility sciences.

    FLOW ON AIR is our expression of yoga and movement, offering an alignment-based vinyasa yoga experience focused on linking breath with mind, body, and movement. Each practice is thoughtfully crafted around a theme or progressively sequenced to a peak posture.

    STEADY FLOW is our expression of foundational yoga and movement, offering an alignment-based vinyasa yoga experience focused on linking breath with mind, body, and movement. Each practice is thoughtfully crafted to create an equal balance between yoga foundations, visceral physical experience, and heightened cerebral awareness.

    HATHA FLOW is an accessible, all-level practice emphasizing breath, strength building, and precise alignment. Expect to hold postures for 3 to 5 breath rounds for a safe and sustainable setup while cultivating a deep understanding of how you move. It is ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking balance.

    YIN is a practice of holding shapes and using props for extended periods of time. It allows the practitioner to examine the feminine side of the practice—working into joint space, connective tissue, and emotional bodies—or examining the lunar nature of your existence. As with all yoga, the poses are offered as vehicles that lead to greater insight into the potential of the body, breath, and mind. Self-love with no guilt or judgment is the ultimate goal.

    YANG YIN is a balanced class beginning with a dynamic flow sequence, followed by a Yin-style series of long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • You can cancel your monthly ON AIR Membership anytime by visiting we-onair.com. Next, log into your Arketa account via your member icon and click cancel. Following a cancellation, you will lose access to all content at the end of your billing cycle.

    You are welcome to email us at community@we-onair.com, and we will be happy to proceed with your membership update.

    If you sign back up as a member, your billing date will update to the day you paid.

  • No. Weekly live classes are open to all! Drop-ins are available and we offer sliding-scale pricing for these classes in an effort to meet you where you are. We appreciate your contribution.

  • We aim to create the ‘in-studio’ experience from the comfort of your space. We encourage all practitioners to turn their cameras on to receive personal, supportive instruction, but you are welcome to practice with your camera off, I you prefer.

  • ON AIR Guides instruct classes with full attention on the practitioners. Another ON AIR team member is highlighted, serving as a visual reference throughout the practice.

  • We get it! To cultivate deep listening, we focus on clear, personal, verbal instruction with the hope that you won’t ever have to look at the screen. We intend to make you feel like a world-class instructor in your living room, guiding you as if in an in-person class.

  • ON AIR Retreats are intimate, curated experiences. Before granting you access to the program and booking details, we want to know a bit about you and understand your intentions and what you will contribute to the experience.

  • We update the on-demand library monthly, adding one to four new videos every four weeks. This is subject to change.

    Each video and audio practice is meant to come back to and practice multiple times. Our practices are crafted with intention and care—intelligently sequenced to serve as a framework throughout your day-to-day.

  • ON AIR is an independent platform supported by subscriptions and community contributions. We are honored that you have chosen to join us ON AIR.
